At Sneira, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Full Refund is Possible If:
- You provide an unboxing video of the received product. Without an unboxing video, we will not proceed with any replacement or refund.
- You received a defective item;
- The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged;
- The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
- Once your return request has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and the amount will be transferred via the same payment mode used while placing the order.
- A refund can be obtained if the order is cancelled by you either before the order ships or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier. If accepted, it will be processed within 7 days. No refund shall be made after the order is shipped.
- For prepaid orders, cancellation requests made after 2 hours of order placement will be subject to a 30% deduction from the order value. This helps us cover the processing, shipping and packaging costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is either defective or damaged or also if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Request a Refund:

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Sneira Customer Support immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Sneira will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
